Rich is a small businessman, farmer, and community leader who lives on the same farm in Trumbull County where he grew up. His family's business Dutch Auto Body and the Arman Dutch Farm have served our community for decades. As a Vienna Township Trustee, Rich has used his business experience to grow the community and expand its safety by adding additional Vienna police and school resource officers in addition to doubling emergency medical services.
Rich has been a lifelong resident of Vienna Township graduating from Mathews High School and Youngstown State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Rich has served as a Vienna Township Trustee for the past 14 years focusing on community growth, efficiency, and public safety. While serving as a Township Trustee, he has tripled the number of police officers that patrol the community, including placing resource officers in our schools.
After graduating from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Rich took over his family's small business Dutch Auto Body based in Youngstown, Ohio which has served our community since 1946. Rich has successfully grown the auto body shop, taking pride in their work.
Living on the same farm he grew up on, off of Sodom Hutchings Rd., the Arman Dutch Farm has given Rich a hard-working, hands-on mentality. He and his father continue to raise cattle on the lands they regularly hunt and fish. Rich will take the same values he gained growing up on the farm to continue to serve our community.
